| "Street Smart Titone Recalls
New York Roots", was the title of a feature article in the Fort
Lauderdale News in 1981. This article reported Anthony
J. Titone's very successful legal career as a Trial Lawyer and
City Attorney. |

was how the Sunshine Magazine of South Florida referred to Mr.
Titone in a feature article. That article reported on one
of his cases that millions watched on the "60 Minutes" national
television program. |

| A graduate of New York Law
School, Anthony J. Titone was with the Securities Firm of Merrill
Lynch when he was admitted to the New York Bar in 1970 and the
Florida Bar in 1971. |
|
| He started his private practice
in 1974, when he was appointed Assistant City Attorney of the
City of Sunrise, Florida. In 1975, he resigned this position
to become City Attorney for the City of Lauderhill, Florida.
He held this position until 1988, after nearly thirteen years
of continuous service. |

Mr. Titone now continues
in private practice with over 20 years experience in the Trial
Bar. His law offices are equipped with state-of-the-art
computer equipment, a complete law library, and an extensive research
file. He is supported by an experienced staff of associate
counsel and legal secretaries. |

| Mr. Titone is no stranger
to complex and important litigation. As early as 1974, Mr.
Titone argued a case before the Supreme court of the State of
Florida and, in 1983, he was again appeared before the Florida
Supreme court, representing the City of Lauderhill. In this
case he successfully defended the City and set precedents that
redefined the rights of Police Officers throughout the State of
Florida. |

| Other public entities represented
by Mr Titone were the Broward Sheriffs Office and the Plantation
Acres Improvement District. |
|
| While representing governmental
entities, Mr. Titone continued expanding his practice of law in
the private sector, representing clients in the area of administrative
and governmental law, consumer law, and personal injury. |
|
Favorable jury verdicts
were obtained for his clients in hard fought litigation against
such Defendants as General Motors Corporation, Ford Motors, Chrysler,
Broward County, City of Wilton Manors, City of Plantation, Good
Year Tire and Rubber, and Albertsons and Publix Supermarkets.

| Mr Titone's preparation,
style and manner give him a Courtroom presence that makes for
a winning formula. Anthony Titone now represents many private
individuals who have disputes with government. |

| In recent litigation he
represented a family who had their children wrongfully taken from
them by Florida's Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.
This case resulted in the "60 Minutes" television program highlighting
abuses by that agency on national television. This same
case was also the subject of a feature article in the Sunshine
Magazine of South Florida. In that article, Mr. Titone is
referred to as a "powerful Broward lawyer". |

| Over the past 20 years,
Mr. Titone has received many honors and awards. Mr. Titone
organized and represented the Broward Bailiff's Association;
he was honored by that Association in October 1982. He has
also served as the President of the Plantation Rotary; the Sunrise
Chamber of Commerce and the Country Club of Coral Springs. |

| Since 1976 he has been an
active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America,
and for many years was a member of the Florida Academy of Trial
Lawyers and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
He was twice recognized as a Sustaining Member of the Broward
County Trial Lawyers Association and also is a Charter Member
of the governmental Lawyer rating service, Martindale-Hubbell.
He currently serves as an Advisor to the Broward County Schools,
serving on the Diversified Education Advisory Committee. |

| While advancing
his law practice, Mr. Titone completed extensive Continuing
Legal Education. He completed an advanced Trial Lawyer's
course at Harvard Law School, sponsored by the Trial Lawyers
of America and an "Estate Planning In Depth" course at the University
of Wisconsin Law School. |

| Mr.
Titone's hobbies are golf and baseball. He played baseball
with Hall of Famers, Mickey Mantle and Whitey Ford. In one feature
game while playing for Mantle's team, he singled to right field
on a pitch from Whitey Ford. Then the next batter, (Mickey Mantle),
hit a Home run. This was the last home run hit by the Mick.
On the golf course, he plays to a 11 handicap and has played
on such famous courses as St. Andrews, Augusta National, Muirfield,
Ballybunion, and Pebble Beach.
